Change is unescapable with the fact that human beings are constantly growing throughout their lives. Many of the changes people go through while growing up are expected and normal in terms of developmental psychology. However, people can also experience different kinds of challenges which may warrant them to need assistance to manage these challenges. According to Cherry (2021), developmental psychology can help researchers to observe some of the challenges and processes of human growth and changes over the growth period.
